Open instructor schedules and make them available for online scheduling
Administrators can choose the days and times (blocks) that instructors are open for lessons, or, administrators can choose to allow instructors the freedom to control their own blocks. Once a block is open; it is open for customers to schedule and pay for lessons online. Instructors can access their schedule, booking information, and student contact information via the web with a username and password.
Ability for students to schedule multiple lessons in one booking
Students can schedule multiple lessons in one booking. Students can also choose to postpone any number of lessons in a booking package and reschedule them at any time.
Create multiple lesson subjects and rates
Add unlimited lesson subjects and rates.
Set various lesson durations
Set lesson durations with the option of 15 minute increments, beginning with 30 minutes lessons. Choose the lesson durations you want for each lesson type.
Create Instructor Price Groups
Creating Instructor Price Groups allows you to have different rates for different instructors. You can also control which lesson types' instructors teach. For example, you may have a group of instructors that only teach 60 minute lessons, while another group teaches both 30 and 60 minute lessons.
Choose subjects taught by instructors
Choose the subjects that each instructor will teach.
Set pay rates for instructors
Set either a ½-hour or percentage pay rate for each instructor. This feature makes payroll a simple task and allows facilities to monitor net revenue earned for lessons. You can customize the instructor pay amount for events such as camps and clinics.
Multiple Lesson or "Lesson Package" discount settings
Set price breaks for multiple lesson bookings ("Lesson Packages"). Faster Lessons allows you to create the unique lesson packages you want to offer and set the dollar discount for these lesson packages. You can set unique lesson packages for each Instructor Price Group.
Membership Discount Setting
This is a great feature for facilities that offer membership pricing for lessons. Faster Lessons will recognize members and discount their lesson price based on the percentage discount set.
Auto Email Lesson Reminder
Set when you want students to receive an email reminder for their upcoming lesson. This feature helps to reduce no-shows.
Lesson Booking Cut-Off Time setting
This key feature allows you to set a cut-off time for customers to book lessons online.
Lesson Postponement/Reschedule Cut-Off Time setting
Custom set your cut-off time for a student to postpone or reschedule a lesson.
Create custom lesson scheduling page
Customize the lesson scheduling page that your customers will see. The lesson scheduling page will include a dropdown list of instructors, lesson subjects taught, unique class size offerings, and lesson packages offered.
Student Database and Booking Reports
Store important customer contact information and access detailed reporting on every aspect of your lessons.
Email Announcement feature
Send email announcements to your students. This is a great feature that can be utilized when a cancellation has taken place and you want to improve chances of filling an open lesson time.
Student ability to postpone and reschedule lessons
Customers can log into their account to postpone or reschedule lessons. Your customer will no longer have to waste their valuable time attempting to coordinate a simple lesson reschedule. Customers will appreciate the ease of managing their own schedule.
Student ability to purchase lessons and schedule later
Most customers will schedule all of their lessons when booking, however, Faster Lessons software has incorporated a "schedule later" feature, which allows the customer to postpone any number of lessons in a booking package, and schedule them at a later date. The "schedule later" feature can be used when a customer wants to lock in a price for a lesson package, but is not ready to commit to scheduling all of their lessons at the time of purchase. This feature provides the ultimate in scheduling flexibility.
Student ability to manage account and edit customer profile
Customers can log into their account to edit their customer profile, view booking history, and check on upcoming lessons.
Facility Reservation and Event Booking feature
Book facility reservations, team programs, camps, birthday parties, etc...You can also assign instructors to these bookings and custom set the instructor pay (per day) rate for events.
Create order to which training areas are assigned for online lesson bookings
You have the ability to configure an order flow for the booking of training areas based on the lesson subject booked. Online lesson bookings will automatically be assigned a training area based on order flow and availability. Administrators have the ability to manually reassign bookings to different training areas to maximize facility use.
Ability to manually book lessons through admin
Most of your students will book their lessons online; however, you do have the ability to book lessons manually through your admin interface.
Facility Calendar
Faster Lessons has an easy to read color coded facility calendar called the Facility Schedule Report. The report has daily, weekly, and monthly views and is ideal for facilities that need to view booking detail in specific training areas.
Instructor Calendar
Faster Lessons has an easy to read color coded instructor calendar called the Instructor Schedule Report. The report has daily, weekly, and monthly views and is ideal for viewing lessons or facility reservations/events that have been assigned to instructors.
Instructor Booking and Pay Report
This report is an excellent tool for instructors to easily view their schedule, booking information, and dollar amount earned. The Pay Report feature also makes payroll a simple task for administrators.
Facility/Instructor Lesson Split Report
This report allows facilities to view their lesson profit for each instructor.
3 User Roles
The Level 2 and Level 3 programs have 3 distinct users - instructor, front desk, and administrator. Each user has access to specific tools and reports based on their role. We have also added additional checks for administrators to choose the tools and reports that each instructor and front desk staff will have access to.

Faster Lessons offers a camp/clinic registration module as an add-on feature to your existing program. This module is ideal for facilities that also offer camps and clinics. The camp/clinic module is totally customizable, allowing you to set your camp/clinic offerings exactly how you want them. Create your camp/clinic and post it live on your Faster Lessons site for students to register. The camp/clinic admin section has all of the key functionality to deliver detailed registration reports.
