Choose lesson location

Customers can choose from multiple locations to book a lesson. This is a very convenient feature for customers who book with instructors teaching out of more than one location. (Level 1 only)

Choose Instructor or "All" Instructors option

Customers can choose the instructor they want from your staff or they can choose the "All" instructors option. When an instructor is chosen, the subjects, lesson types, and lesson packages offered will display on the lesson scheduling screen.

Customers choose the type of lesson they want to take.

Choose number of participants

Customers can schedule private, semi-private, or group lessons. Customers will bring additional students to your program with the ability to also book semi-private and group lessons.

Choose number of lessons or lesson package

Customers can book any number of lessons or they can choose from one of your lesson packages. Customers are more likely to purchase a greater number of lessons when they are able to book more than one lesson.

Book lessons and receive instant confirmation

Customers book lessons and receive an instant email confirmation.

Book lessons and schedule now or schedule later

Most customers will schedule all of their lessons when booking, however, Faster Lessons software has incorporated a "schedule later" feature, which allows the customer to postpone any number of lessons in a booking package, and schedule them at a later date. The "schedule later" feature can be used when a customer wants to lock in a price for a lesson package, but is not ready to commit to scheduling all of their lessons at the time of purchase. This feature provides the ultimate in scheduling flexibility.

Auto email lesson reminder

Emails are sent to customers reminding them of their upcoming lesson. This feature helps to reduce no-shows.

Ability to postpone and reschedule lessons

Customers can log into their account to postpone or reschedule lessons. Your customer will no longer have to waste their valuable time attempting to coordinate a simple lesson reschedule. Customers will appreciate the ease of managing their schedule.

Ability to store unlimited number of students under customer profile

This is a great feature for families with multiple siblings that participate in your program.

Ability to edit customer profile and view booking history

Customers can log into their account to edit their customer profile, view booking history, and check on upcoming lessons.

Membership registration

Customers can sign up for memberships and renew them online. Email reminders are automatically sent to customers when a membership is about to expire.
