About Us

 Cenla Baseball and Softball Academy is a christian based oraganization where we expect ourselves and the staff to represent the academy with chirstian values in both actions and words at all times.

Russell Springer (former MLB pitcher), and Andrew Shelton (former college baseball coach) are teaming up to open Cenla Baseball and Softball Academy. We will strive to develop young people to succeed both on and off the field. We will teach the game based on fundamentals and knowledge of the game. We will work to build high character traits such as: determination, perserverance, loyalty, self-control, and self-worth. We will also place a large emphasis on the improtance of academics with our students here at the academy.
